Admin Abuse seems to be an issue for so many admins on the server. In this I hope to address all types of abuses and to prevent it with punishments that all should follow. Familiarize yourself with these rules.

Members who can recruit are recruiters, co-leaders and leaders. Also Owners and supremes if they so wish. Owners can only recruit in their own server(s). All new recruits must start at 12, unless an owner wants to give a higher level, but this level is not to be above lvl 20.
